Similar to Brazil, China requires that travellers collect their visa from the Chinese Consulate. United States citizens are required to apply for multiple entry visas whether for tourism or business purpose.   

Kenya

Like many African countries, one can apply for a single entry visa online: e-Visas. If you are in need of the multiple entry visas, they can be applied via the Kenyan Consulate based in New York City. On a lighter note, tourists can obtain the East Africa Tourist Visa for tourists interested in visiting several nations at a go. It allows entry to Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda. 

Indonesia 

In this case, visas are available upon arrival at all international airports in Indonesia. You also have the option of applying for a visa before departure at an Indonesian Consulate. 

Russia

A Russian visa has been known to be one of the hardest applications. For one to visit Russia, you will need to have an official business and tourist invitation before filling out the application. Try your shot. 

Vietnam

You need a visa before arriving at Vietnam. With consulates in Houston, San Francisco, and New York, any citizen could forward their applications regardless of the state of residence. Vietnam has three options for visa applicants; including an e-visa issued online, a sticker visa on the passport, and a loose-leaf issued as a separate piece of paper by the consulate. 

Myanmar

Over the years, Myanmar has been upcoming in the tourism sector with many people gaining interest in the country. Myanmar requires visas before arrival. One can apply for the visas at the Myanmar embassy situated in Washington DC or at the consulates in New York City and Los Angeles. Tourists are encouraged to apply online. Moreover, Venezuela, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Syria, Sri lanka, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Nepal, Pakistan, Lebanon, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Iraq, Jordan, Cambodia, Bolivia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Benin, Oman, Tajikistan, Suriname, Qatar, Yemen all require visas for country entry.
