• 17-35mm lens

• Off camera flash
• Bracketing/HDR shooting experience
• Reliable car
• Smartphone
• Weekday availability
• Flexible schedule
• Organized
• Professional and friendly attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 1-year real estate photography experience
Compensation:
• Minimum rate of $50 per shoot
• Rates will vary based on packages and add-ons
• Average time of shoots should be 30 mins to 1 hour
• Starting after 15 miles from your company’s office location as listed with Beacon James, $0.55 per mile will be reimbursed
• Your company will receive a $50 expense reimbursement for same day cancellations unless the shoot is rescheduled
• If canceled by the shooter, 100% of the shoot rate will be owed to the studio
