Hi Google How Are You Google Tips

Just like Siri in IOS, Google came up with its own Google assistant that lets you dictate commands to it and will help you carry out some tasks that would otherwise have taken more time for you to complete on your own. The new digital assistant can keep up a conversation and even remember your personal details and way of life which makes it easy to command it because it ideally will know what you need from it. Although it has been compared to Siri, I tend to believe that the Google version is handier and you can have full-fledged conversations while it takes notes about the things you enjoy and those that you dislike.

Even better is the fact that it syncs the information and data from you into the other Google applications like Gmail and Calendars to make your experience even better when using the assistant. It has now been fully incorporated into Google Pixel, Google Home and is functional on Allo. If you have not tried this Google assistant, then you are missing out on a lot. There are other people who have tried it before but didn’t find the going as easy. This is why we decided to give tips on how to use the Assistant to make your life easier. To even get a better understanding of how it works and how it can be used to make our lives even better, we talked to a SEO expert. Someone who has been using Google as a source of income for close to 10 years now and uses the assistant virtually every hour and knows its dynamics and ways of operation. We talked to Tony Guo and he was generous enough to share some tips on how to use Google assistant;

Kick your day off better

Get a good morning note from your assistant every morning. Because it is integrated with your Calendar and Emails, it will read to you all the information and pending tasks that you are supposed to carry out during the day. Besides getting reminders and pending asks read out to you, you will get news updates read to you real quick as you take your breakfast. You can customize it to your liking and get only the reminders and updates that you deem necessary.

Customize and tailor your daily updates to your liking

From the Google Assistant settings page, tap on My Day. Here you can indicate what information you want Google Assistant to include when you say Tell me about my day. You can include your weather forecast, work commute, next meeting and any pending reminders. You can also opt to have the daily briefing end by playing news podcasts or by closing out the app. these are some of the things that make people prefer this Assistant to Siri.

Quickly get answers to questions

Instead of having to type questions on Google and reading answers by scrolling, why not ask the Assistant the question and sit back and wait for the answer. Tony used a very interesting example before me that left me in awe. When asked the last time Golden State Warriors won the NBA championship, the Assistant gave a very detailed answer that left me impressed.

Take a photo with your voice

Google Assistant might not be the first assistant to be able to launch the camera on a phone, but it works better than most of the other available assistants. Its reception of commands is much better than similar programs. It is so good that it actually does all the work for you so your finger never has to touch the shutter. All you need to do is say “take a photo” or “take a selfie” to launch the camera with an automatic three second countdown. How impressive?

Pass time with jokes when bored

Why watch a comedy show when bored when you can talk to the Google assistant and get some unlimited jokes? Ask Google Assistant to tell you a joke. Granted, you’re likely to hear some of the worst Dad jokes ever, but they’re still good for a laugh. Just say “Tell me a joke.” Laugh. Repeat. You can even tell Google that you are bored and it will come up with something interesting for you to keep yourself engaged with. From giving you games to getting random funny videos to watch, you will always get something to keep you engaged.

Make the assistant know you better

Share your personal information with the Google assistant. Things like your hobbies and the foods that you love. The more it gets to know you, the smarter it gets, and the better it gets at fulfilling your every need. Google Assistant remembers everything you share with it, so invest the time in getting her up to speed on personal details you want it to know.
