Content Creator for Websites
Full-time $40,000 a Year Base + Yearly Bonus
Do you like writing? Good. We need a lot of content. Our current content team is maxed out. We write a lot for our clients. We create original content. You will work with a SEO specialist to make sure the content can rank. No SEO experience needed, but you will learn a lot about it with our company.
We have a wide array of clients. You will need to be flexible. You should ensure all content is accurate and engages with the target audience. We are hiring an in-house online content creator. You will support the social media efforts including video. We are a huge believer that video is the future of marketing. You will write scripts for our clients and communicate different departments.
You will need some graphic design skills. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has strong photoshop skills, has strong photography skills, has strong videography skills, and loves great design. You will interact with clients on a daily basis. Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Create marketing email campaigns; Experience in Mailchimp a plus.
• Create content for social media
• Work on the development of the overall direction and visual concepts
• Assist with handling social media accounts
• Create banner ads for website graphics
• Works well under pressure & maintains all deadlines
• Able to gather seasonal trends and directions
Responsible for content curation from the ideation stage all the way to finished product. Includes mock-ups, graphic design, copywriting and final proofing for landing pages, online training courses and programs, video scripts, free downloads, work books, press releases, blogs,etc.
Development of email lead nurturing campaigns and customer communication programs.
Determine updates to website needed, develop content and communicate to web programmer/web designer.
Support live event planning for in-person and virtual retreats.
Develop highly graphical PowerPoints and content for Keynote speaking including selection of stock photography, research and content and supporting speaker notes and call guides.
Graphic design and concept mock up skills – Have the ability to mock up creative assets such as landing pages, social posts, etc. and design using . InDesign, Photoshop, Creative Suite, etc. OR oversee the formal design development utilizing an external graphic designer.
Support Social Media content to help build social presence and brand.
Familiarity with commonly used business software applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, ZOOM, iMovie.
Tech-savvy: Must be very computer literate and able to trouble shoot technology challenges and be solution oriented.
Must be available to occasionally travel on business related trips, sometimes on a weekend.
Flexibility to occasionally work an evening or weekend day(s).
Outstanding Copywriting, Content Development, and Design Skills: Develop powerful content for landing pages, online training courses, video scripts, blogs, e-books, etc. Have the ability to develop content in house and/or oversee a graphic designer for content development (as needed).
Product Launch Experience: Background must include experience in development of marketing and product launch campaigns.
