Amplify Sleep Away Camp For Girls

This summer camp is an overnight program that runs for a full week. It is open to girls that are aged between 11 and 17 years. The camp takes place at the Ojai Valley Boarding High School, Ojai. At the camp, girls of different skill levels get the opportunity to use different equipment such as bass, drums, vocals, guitar, keys, and many other instruments. 

During the week, girls are required to form a band and write a song, which they must perform at the final day of camp. The audience is their family and friends who come to pick them from camp. 

Endless Summer Surf Camp

Crazzy’s WaseWagan Camp

The camp is found deep in the mountains close to Big Bear. Towering pines that help to make the camp quite cool surround the camp. At the camp, kids aged 5 to 25 years are given the opportunity to have one of the most memorable summer experiences of their lives. They are able to participate in activities such as campfires, kayaking, hiking, swimming and much more. 

Mountain Meadow Ranch 

This majestic summer camp is situated on a huge ranch close to Lake Tahoe in the epic Sierra Nevada mountain range. It is a co-ed camp that serves kids aged seven to 16. The camp, which is ACA certified promises campers a magical summer. 

It began operating in 1956 on a site that was chosen for its exquisite beauty. The camp was initially only open to boys. However, that changed in the 1960s and it became open to girls as well. At the ranch, fun is given. To accomplish this, campers are exposed to a wide range of activities such as water sports, land sports, adventures, and much more. 

The camp aims to provide young kids with the tools they need to succeed in life such as environmental awareness, social skills, self-confidence and much more. Most veterans of the camp make it a point to take their kids to the camp. 

Astrocamp Science & Adventure Summer Camp 

The camp is an overnight camp that is found in the pristine pine forest of the San Jacinto Mountains. The camp counselors are well trained on how to give kids one of the most memorable summers of their lives. They also know how to push campers so that they can grow socially, personally, and academically. 

The camp offers a unique mix of space exploration and science activities. For instance, there are telescope observations, rocketry for both beginners and advanced learners, solar and planetary science. There are also many mountain adventures such as mountain biking, camp outs, rock climbing, archery, bouldering and much more. There are also many fantasy adventures offered.

Mountain Camp Woodside 

The summer camp is to be found deep within San Mateo County. Bob Cavalli, who was a director at the San Francisco’s Town School for Boys, set up the facility. The camp moved to its current location in 1993. 

The camp offers many interesting summer activities for kids such as soccer, tennis, basketball, photography, swimming, arts and crafts, and tennis. The camp promises to provide campers with all the niceties of home. Additionally, they will get to enjoy the great outdoors. 

Kennolyn Camps

Max and Marion Caldwell, who were both teachers, founded the camp. It is surrounded by the stunning Santa Cruz Mountains, which gives it a feeling of seclusion and accessibility at the same time. The camp accepts campers from first and second grades as juniors. There is a senior camper’s category. It includes campers from the eighth to tenth grade. Some of the activities in which campers can partake in are archery, rope course, horse riding and much more.
